How Membership Works
When you join our chess club, you become a monthly member with your subscription starting on the 1st day of the following month. This means you can register at any time during the current month, and your membership (including access to sessions and your first payment) will begin on the 1st of the next month. This ensures all members start their monthly cycle together and get the full value of their membership from day one.

Need to Cancel Your Membership?
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your chess club membership, we’ve made the process simple and straightforward. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you can continue enjoying your sessions until your membership expires. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. To request a cancellation, simply cancel your membership here and we’ll process your request within 1-2 business days.
