How Membership Works
Join Our Archery Club – Start When You’re Ready!
When you join our archery club, your monthly membership subscription officially begins on the 1st day of the following month. This means you can register at any time during the current month, and your membership (including access to sessions and your first payment) will start fresh from the 1st of the next month. This system ensures all members begin their monthly cycle together and receive full value from day one.
Want to Start Sooner? No Problem!
If you’d like to start enjoying your membership straight away, simply call us or speak to a member of staff in person. Let them know you want to start immediately, and we’ll just charge you the pro-rated amount for the remainder of the current month. You can pay this difference at the King in the North counter and start shooting right away!

Need to Cancel Your Membership?
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your archery club membership, we’ve made the process simple and straightforward. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you can continue enjoying your sessions until your membership expires. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. To request a cancellation, simply cancel your membership here and we’ll process your request within 1-2 business days.
