  • All booked sessions must be attended or cancelled via phone call prior to the selected time. This ensures members only book slots they actually intend to use.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you can continue enjoying your sessions until your membership expires. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. To request a cancellation, simply cancel your membership here and we’ll process your request within 1-2 business days.
